Smaller and quaint.
The bar was out of light and coffee.
The hotel was perfect for us. I did not have to walk a lot to get to where I was going. Much better than a larger hotel.

The friendliness of the staff, the safety of the hotel and the overall ambiance.
I did not get a replacement iron in time to iron my dress for the wedding I was attending. I had to use the one in the room which was not clean.
Overall, I was very pleased and will likely stay there again.

Had to wait over 2 hours for our after 3 pm check in.
None of the guests were able to check in after 3 pm due to the fact that house cleaning fell behind in the cleaning of rooms. There was a lobby full of disappointed guests. We were nearly late for our evening event because of this. The only reason I got a room when I did was because I personally spoke with the manager. Our friend's room wasn't available either and they had to share our room in order to make the same event. When they were finally given a room, and returned after 2 am, house cleaning had removed their luggage thinking that they should have checked out. ...read more
